September ornament

I made my two year old daughter a turtle ornament from a Mill Hill kit.   She loves turtles!  The whole time I was making it, she would point at it and say,  "My turtle."

Pudding Time!

Not a lot to show this month.... I have been stitching Christmas things but only managed to get one finished so far!

So who would like some figgy pudding?  This is a Jane Greenoff design that came as a freebie many many moons ago!  I am not actually sure what magazine it came from originally (probably Needlecraft UK) but it would have been from the late 80's or early 90's I suspect.

So that's it - quick and simple this month!

See you next month! Til then happy Christmas stitching!

Catching up!!!

Sorry I've been missing in action but I'm back now. I stitched the Santa way back in May but forgot to post a picture. He is from the 2001 Just Cross-stitch Ornament magazine. I loved watching him come to life. He is one of the nicest Santas I've completed.
The other two are from Little House Needleworks. The birds are cream on the chart but I changed them to red. I've been working on them in the past few weeks and today I started Be Merry by LHN too. I shall hopefully finish this by the end of this month and then I will be back on track.
